This video was filmed in the east of Iceland, a place where we found a lot of seagull. I liked the freedom that they displayed while flying. It reminds me of what Jacques Besson, a psychiatrist from Switzerland told me: "True spirituality/religion always brings a lot of joy. When you feel constrained, not enough, not doing enough, be aware !"
So there should be a freedom to let go of what negates compassion for the others.
