This meditation video was filmed on my way to the Holy Isle in the South West Coast of Scotland. The ferry leaves Ardrossan Harbour. I found it interesting to illustrate the concept of the path to forgiveness by showing some images from a ferry leaving the coast and having to face the wind, rain, waves and finally find a place of peace along this journey.
