This meditation video was filmed in Eilat, Israel. It shows a dancer discovering a beautiful pool filled with Water lilies. It speaks to me to this idea that we will surely experience states in our life and that we can learn to stay there and make them stages. In this video the dancer finds a new place in her life, something new, she them invites her to be there.
