Again I think that the combination of mindfulness and spirituality and the benefits that might occur in part derive from how we define spirituality as well as how we define mindfulness of course. But spirituality is the more complicated one. So certainly if one means by spirituality a connection to something greater, appreciation for something for a larger meaning and purpose, I think it could be certainly beneficial. Absolutely, I think that sometimes mindfulness is taught in a very mechanical way in the West almost like a tension training and it's more than that. It really does connect to these larger ideas of basic goodness and greater meaning and purpose. So in that sense I think the two go hand in hand.
