I went to the demonstration and I felt a victim and then I screamed and I was angry. And I went back home and I really was very ill. I couldn't help myself and I couldn't help my people. And then when I started to practice this peace way and to be in compassion, it's made me more strong and I kind of bring my voice. I have tools how really to take care of myself even when I pass the checkpoint. Before that I was very angry. But now like I came as in peace inside me. And then if I spread light, it helped me how to live in peace and then I can bring that peace.
