I always urge people to just try to keep monitoring what's going on reflecting why you do what you do and letting go of your violence, your anger, your hurt, your wounds, your bitterness, all the roots of violence within you, and cultivate a place of peace and nonviolence. By the way, it's much better to live like that. Well, to do that you need in my opinion God or at least a spiritual practice of meditation, solitude, and quiet time where you can really take a deep breath, you know, let what's going on inside of you come up, and look at it, be at peace with it, you know, as a Christian let the risen Jesus give you the gift of peace or allow God to disarm your heart of the roots of violence within you things like that. I find that very helpful. We want to radiate personally the peace we seek politically. We want to practice the peace we want the world to institutionalize.
